Each order comes with a Cup Care Card.

This card states the below information:

BPA FREE

Handwash only

Not Dishwasher safe

Not Microwave safe

Do not soak or use abrasives.

We have a collection on our website where you can choose which cup you would like to personalise.

You then have the option for colour ( if choosing 16oz/24oz Cold Cups) and Wrap Design.

Some of our cups will also ask for you to choose a glitter ?(if choosing a Snow-globe tumbler - These are acrylic cups 16oz or 20oz)

There will also be a name option to add a name to your cup.

All of our personalised cups take a little longer as we keep you updated with the design process.

From start to finish we say up to 7 working days to design (This time frame will vary due to the complexity of the design)

You will also receive a design mock up before the creative process takes place. In which you sign off on the overall design.

Delivery can take up to 4 days.. This also varies due to bank holidays and seasonal holidays.

All of our pre-made cups are already made to be shipped to you. (This will be within 48 hours?)

Meaning that we just have to package and post!

A Snow Globe Tumbler is a cold cup that is filled will glitter and a magical solution. This means your cup can bee shaken and the glitter will flow like a Snow Globe.

These will cost a tad more due to the time take to de-gas the bubbles and also the design process.
